How a tire shop should be. Kept me updated on everything and even hooked me up with a deal. I purchased two new tires, and he solved my need to source a hub centric ring for my car that another manager in another store couldn't figure out herself. Quoted me for four road venture hT51 tires come time for my appointment I scheduled at 4pm. They had it set for 9am. Once I got my truck back they put on 4 Crugen HT51 tires and changed the price. I asked if they were the same tires I was quoted because they did not look the same. She told me “the price just dropped 40$ they are still the same tire” sure enough when I’m handed my receipt they are not. Do not suggest going here. Save your money and time going to a more accurate and reliable tire shop
Wow. I am so appreciative for this company. Long story short went here for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did ❤️ The manager is patient, polite, and also compassionate about cars. Tire Outlet has well rounded crew as well the gentleman took my car out twice after repairs to ensure it was safe to drive. I literally would not have made my road trip without the above par, five star, 10/10 recommend service. There is no such thing as a mechanic in a can, visit tire outlet to save your back end! 🙌✨️
I am pleased to be able to call the same day for an appointment and got one. I had a busy week and wasn’t able to make that call. So I was happy for that. Today, customer service was good. It’s been some time of my last oil change. New face at the service desk , he was good. Will like to keep him . Prefer a continuity of some who knows the customer and vice a versa.

Customer Service was great. Employees very respectful. Went in for an oil change and got out fairly quickly despite how busy they were. They also have good deals running on all sorts of services
